Your decision to drop the atomic bomb or not drop the bomb was not an easy one. Remember that that same decision was not easy for President Truman. Also understand that President Truman did not have the benefit of history to see the effects that the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki would have on the world. It is very important that when making important decisions or when making a stand on a controversial issue that you must research and understand both sides of the issue if possible.
